Licensing Officer to join our team in Al Ain. <\/p>\n<p>This dual-role position involves sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals while managing their licensing, DataFlow, and eligibility processes with UAE health authorities. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities : Recruitment Duties <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Source, screen, and shortlist healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health). <\/li>\n<li>Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualification compatibility with UAE healthcare requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to understand staffing needs. <\/li>\n<li>Manage job postings on ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain organized candidate pipelines and follow up on placement progress. <\/li>\n<li>Support onboarding and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Licensing &#038;
