It was established in 1979, with its experienced, aggressive management &#038; dedicated sales team with technical know-how, have consistently maintained its edge as a leading supplier in Power, water, wastewater, water treatment, oil and gas, building services, infrastructure &#038; civil engineering sectors. <\/p>\n<p>The company has offered products to the requirement of local authority\/client specifications and has a prestigious reference list supplied to several projects in the entire GCC region. <\/p>\n<p><strong>About you <\/strong><br \/><strong>Position Title: Senior Engineer\/Manager &#8211; Data Center <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify systems, products &#038; Manufacturers for the business. <\/li>\n<li>Employ a consultative selling approach to effectively understand and address customer needs and challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer requirements, and potential opportunities within the UAE data center sector. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. <\/li>\n<li>Collect and analyze information on competitor pricing and market positioning. <\/li>\n<li>Position products and services within a competitive price range to meet gross profit targets while aligning with customer expectations. <\/li>\n<li>To support business activities, plan, organize, and participate in sales team meetings, conferences, presentations, and customer training sessions. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on progress toward sales plans and objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Build and lead a team of sales professionals dedicated to growing the data centre business. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management. <\/li>\n<li>Develop strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of service. <\/li>\n<li>New product\/system sales in data centers. <\/li>\n<li>Grow the revenue &#038; profits year on year in a prudent way. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit and nurture a team for sales into Data Center. <\/li>\n<li>Get vendor listing done with engineering\/Design Consultants. <\/li>\n<li>Work with various systems of the organization (CRM, ERP, and PMS Etc.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Specific Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>A Thorough Understanding of Data Centers: <\/strong>\n<p>The incumbent in this domain should understand data centers\u2014their purpose, components, and infrastructure.
