{"id":48412,"date":"2025-11-15T12:37:25","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:37:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/project-architect-10-years-experience\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:37:27","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:37:27","slug":"project-architect-10-years-experience","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/project-architect-10-years-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Architect (10+ Years Experience)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2316869<\/p>\n<h3>Project Architect (10+ Years Experience) <\/h3>\n<p>RMJM is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to support the continued growth of our Dubai Studio. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to construction. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and refine design concepts, working closely with clients and senior architects to ensure design intent is realized. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance on design, technical matters, and project coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as one of the points of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular project updates. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring that design intent is being followed. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to industry standards, codes, and regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A pro-active and ambitious personality, with capability of achieving best results. <\/li>\n<li>Communicates with clarity, purpose, and accuracy. <\/li>\n<li>Understands teamwork concept, contributes to the organization by aiming positive change and continual improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Strong eye for detail coupled with a methodical and organized approach. <\/li>\n<li>Understands the concept of multi-disciplinary (Architecture, Structural, Infrastructure, MEP etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Society of Engineers\/Architectural membership, International Accreditation (RIBA, AIA or equivalent), Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP or equivalent), Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PMI or equivalent) are preferable. <\/li>\n<li>Arch. or B.Sc. in architecture, with minimum of 10 years post graduate experience. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 site supervision experience in the delivery of complex high-profile projects within an international design consultancy. <\/li>\n<li>Wide experience in Local \/ International Building Codes and regulations (UAE FLS Code, NFPA, IBC, etc.), British \/ American Standards (ASTM, BS, EN, etc.), Sustainable Design Principles (Estidama, Green Building, LEED). <\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of materials, suppliers, and construction practices in UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving and time management capability. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to make critical decisions (In coordination with Resident Engineer \/Relevant disciplines). <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and coordinate team members, various disciplines involved in the design, authorities, and stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness and contractual knowledge with and extend of the maximum possible effort to avoid contractor(s) claims for cost and\/or delay. <\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Diverse and dynamic project portfolio. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborative team environment. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to innovative landscape architecture projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To apply, please send your CV and portfolio to   .
