HR Manager (1400 AED) – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in Human Resources, and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or related field.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and training. They will also be required to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with management and staff at all levels.

\u2022 Develop recruitment plans and strategies to attract suitable candidates
\u2022 Oversee the entire recruitment process from job postings to interviews
\u2022 Handle employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, complaints and performance management
\u2022 Administer payroll processing accurately and on time
\u2022 Develop and implement HR policies that ensure compliance with employment law regulations
\u2022 Liaise with relevant government departments for visa applications, renewals etc.
\u2022 Provide advice on training and development programmes to improve staff skillset
\u2022 Ensure all paperwork relating to employee termination is processed correctly
\u2022 Maintain accurate records of staff attendance & absences in accordance with company policies.

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or related field
