Procedures as applicable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Market Research: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct market research to identify new potential customers. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends to identify new products in the market and understand their advantages and disadvantages. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and assist with new product releases and events. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Business Development: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish contact with new customers to inform them of our products, understanding their needs and how we can help them. <\/li>\n<li>Provide potential customers with support, information, and guidance by performing product demonstrations and gathering their feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up with new customers after the demo session to negotiate contracts and packages. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all details of the contract are compliant with our rules &#038; regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up with the Procurement &#038; Logistics team regarding sending products and ensuring timely delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Marketing: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to be developed. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance. <\/li>\n<li>Recommend new products to existing customers based on their needs and provide them with support to ensure a great relationship. <\/li>\n<li>Assist customers in answering all product-related questions in a professional and timely manner. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and packages with existing customers. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawi standards. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the team effort by achieving the annual target set by management and assisting the team when needed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Data Tracking: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintaining accurate records of all products sold. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Orders: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Invoicing: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing of products and follow up regarding collection\/payment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Delivery: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Application: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct training sessions for customers. <\/li>\n<li>Assist customers with the equipment being used. <\/li>\n<li>Resolve any issues that they might face while using the equipment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><u><b>REQUIREMENTS <\/b> <\/u> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Additional details: <\/strong> Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE. <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> 3 &#8211;
