  2. Set up, monitor, and maintain email servers to ensure secure and efficient email communication across the organization. <\/li>\n
  3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and email backup processes. <\/li>\n
  4. Manage and maintain network systems, ensuring reliable connectivity. <\/li>\n
  5. Resolve network-related issues, install firmware updates, and monitor network performance. <\/li>\n
  6. Provide IT support to employees, assisting with hardware setup, email issues, and connectivity problems. <\/li>\n
  7. Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect company information. <\/li>\n
  8. Apply and enforce security policies, including firewall configurations, access control, and data encryption, to ensure compliance with company standards. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications <\/b>
    Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role.
    Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing email servers (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Office 365) and experience with server and hardware troubleshooting.
    Networking Skills: Knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and VPN management. <\/p>\n
