House of Shipping\u2019s commitment to their customers begins with developing an understanding of their business fundamentals. <\/p>\n<p>Currently, House of Shipping is looking for a Manager \u2013 Talent Development to join the team. <\/p>\n<p><b>Job Purpose: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The Talent Manager \u2013 HIPO &#038; Leadership Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing programs focused on the identification, development, and career progression of high-potential (HIPO) employees, executive leadership development, and future role readiness. This role ensures alignment with the organization\u2019s strategic objectives and works closely with business leaders to build a robust leadership pipeline. <\/p>\n<p><b>Main tasks and responsibilities: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>HIPO Development <\/b> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Design and implement comprehensive HIPO identification and development programs. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate assessment centers, development plans, and coaching\/mentoring initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Track and evaluate the impact of HIPO programs, ensuring measurable business outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HIPOs are provided with relevant career growth opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement career pathing frameworks that support employee career progression. <\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to employees on career development strategies and internal mobility opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to facilitate career conversations and individual development plans (IDPs). <\/li>\n<li>Use data-driven insights to improve career planning initiatives and enhance talent retention. <\/li>\n<li>Design and execute leadership development initiatives for senior leaders and executives. <\/li>\n<li>Implement coaching, mentoring, and executive education programs to enhance leadership capabilities. <\/li>\n<li>Work with stakeholders to define key leadership competencies and succession plans. <\/li>\n<li>Drive leadership assessments and personalized development plans for high-impact roles. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Future Role Development <\/b> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Identify future business needs and align talent development strategies to emerging roles and skills. <\/li>\n<li>Design high-impact programs that develop employees for key future roles. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust succession planning through structured role readiness programs. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Learning &#038; Development, HR, and business leaders to create talent acceleration initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Business Partner Responsibilities (UAE &#038; Global) <\/b> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Act as a strategic partner for talent development needs in UAE and globally. <\/li>\n<li>Align learning strategies with business objectives to enhance organizational capabilities. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): <\/b> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Competency Framework Implementation \u2013 Design and integrate competency frameworks for career growth and succession planning. (Weight: 15%) <\/li>\n<li>Industry Best Practices Application \u2013 Monitor and adopt industry trends to enhance talent development initiatives. (Weight: 10%) <\/li>\n<li>Training Program Management \u2013 Lead the creation and execution of technical, leadership, and behavioural training programs. (Weight: 15%) <\/li>\n<li>Performance Management Integration \u2013 Implement frameworks that promote a high-performance culture. (Weight: 10%) <\/li>\n<li>Leadership Development Programs \u2013 Establish initiatives that cultivate future leaders within the organization. (Weight: 10%) <\/li>\n<li>Training Impact Assessment \u2013 Measure training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact. (Weight: 5%) <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Education Requirements: <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>A Master\u2019s degree in Human Resources.
