Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Federation services, Cloud IaaS, PaaS &#038; SaaS <\/li>\n<li>Experience setting up integration with messaging gateway &#038; security components <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of O365 architecture, including Exchange Hybrid environment and compliance messaging policies <\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 security products and features <\/li>\n<li>Experience with Exchange Online and migration projects <\/li>\n<li>Technical skills in setting up &#038; managing Veritas Enterprise Vault <\/li>\n<li>Experience in enterprise email migration (on-premises to cloud\/on-premises) <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Azure AD identity-based security and application integration <\/li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting skills in Messaging &#038; Collaboration services <\/li>\n<li>Microsoft certifications are preferred <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environment <\/li>\n<li>Experience in security controls planning for financial organizations (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Exchange on-premises, Teams, backup solutions <\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and experience managing services, incidents, problem management <\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint online, and admin management of MS Teams, Exchange online, Azure Information Protection, DLP, Microsoft Cloud App Security <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing Microsoft Teams and SaaS platform integrations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Role Description <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and implement O365 products including Exchange on-premises, Exchange Online, Hybrid setups, and Enterprise Vault <\/li>\n<li>Manage Exchange Hybrid setup and mailbox migrations <\/li>\n<li>Resolve technical issues related to applications and integrations <\/li>\n<li>Set up and manage Exchange and Enterprise Vault environments <\/li>\n<li>Disaster recovery planning and execution <\/li>\n<li>Email restoration and end-to-end messaging and collaboration support <\/li>\n<li>Manage admin activities, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination <\/li>\n<li>Automate processes and develop SOPs for team handovers <\/li>\n<li>Engage with stakeholders for service requirements and troubleshooting <\/li>\n<li>Lead problem management and incident resolution <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Experience Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8-10 years in messaging &#038;
