Role Purpose: <\/h3>\n

Lead the site engineering team to coordinate smooth conversion of consultant\u2019s design drawings to economical & workable shop drawings. <\/p>\n

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Production and checking of workshop drawings to a high technical and presentation standard in a timely manner. <\/li>\n
  2. Review\/prepare Tech submittals for submission to the consultant, keeping records to facilitate follow-ups in order to achieve a status. <\/li>\n
  3. Studying Tender construction Drawings and maintain a marked up set indicating approved changes together with date and reference. <\/li>\n
  4. Maintain a technical submittal status KPI. <\/li>\n
  5. Recording and correct distribution of all formal instructions from the Architect\/Consultant\/Engineer. <\/li>\n
  6. Raising, checking and recording RFI\u2019s and CVI\u2019s and ensuring the replies are recorded & implemented. <\/li>\n
  7. Attending and reporting at progress and technical meetings. <\/li>\n
  8. Being aware of all technical and commercial issues related to any submittal. <\/li>\n
  9. Coordination of all subcontractors\u2019 interfaces. O+M Manual production. <\/li>\n
  10. Materials & Drawings – Ensure technical submittals meet CL-14 program and comply with specifications. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Experience, Knowledge and Skills: <\/h3>\n

    Diploma\/Degree in either Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction or Interiors. 9 years of experience. Should be Influencing, Negotiating & Customer Focused. Expert in Planning, Organizing, Scheduling & Coordinating. Should be good in Decision Making, Problem Solving & Time Management. Fluent in English \u2013 written, oral & presentation. <\/p>\n
