The company supplies and distributes high-quality products and services to Hospitals, Clinics, Laboratories, &#038; Analytical Industries. <\/p>\n<h3><u><b>Job Brief <\/b> <\/u> <\/h3>\n<p>The incumbent helps all stakeholders involved in the consignment process to provide real-time support for surgeries and hospitals and keep a record of all related transactions in addition to closing the consignment cycle on time. <\/p>\n<p><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies &#038; Procedures as applicable. <\/li>\n<li>Support and assist fellow team members \/ departments, as and when needed to meet company \/ department goals. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales order checklist. <\/li>\n<li>Identify problems and address them to the team leader. <\/li>\n<li>Effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Respond to any inquiries regarding the department and tasks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Consignment Management: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact for sales teams regarding consignment deliveries. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and schedule consignment deliveries and booking with customers, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of medical devices. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up for consignment delivery and collection, track and monitor consignment deliveries to ensure successful receipt by customers. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the collection of consignment items post-usage, maintaining accurate records of inventory movements. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and follow up on advance deliveries to customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders. <\/li>\n<li>Address and resolve any pending LPO issues in collaboration with sales teams and customers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Stock Management: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of consignment stock levels, ensuring proper stock rotation to prevent expirations. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the collection and replacement of expired consignment items, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that inventory figures of consignment are accurate and reliable. <\/li>\n<li>Perform regular reconciliations of consignment inventory, comparing physical counts with system records. <\/li>\n<li>Investigate and correct discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Documentation: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gather and compile usage reports and Local Purchase Orders (LPO) related to consignment inventory. <\/li>\n<li>Generate and distribute weekly reports on consignment inventory status and pending customer orders. <\/li>\n<li>Provide insights and recommendations to management based on report findings to improve the consignment process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><u>Database: <\/u> <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain a database of all consignment transactions including but not limited to surgery bookings, transfer documents, pick-up documents, surgery reports (or usage reports), LPO, and any other related documents in the company shared drive &#038; ERP system for easy and quick references. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><u><b>REQUIREMENTS <\/b> <\/u> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Additional details: <\/strong> Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE holding a valid driving license. <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> 1+ years of experience. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Job Specific Skills: <\/strong> Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel Formulas, Pivot), Time management, Process management, Analysis, Decision making and relationship building, Organization skills, Good reporting &#038;
