To be considered for the role of General Manager \u2013 Nightlife & Restaurants in Dubai, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:
Oversee the full operations of restaurants and nightlife venues, ensuring excellence in guest experience, service flow, and operational efficiency.
Manage P&L, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, events, and activations to drive footfall, increase revenue, and strengthen brand presence.
Lead and mentor management teams, ensuring staff are motivated, trained, and delivering world-class service.
Maintain strong VIP guest relations, ensuring high-spending clientele receive personalized and exceptional experiences.
Work closely with bar, kitchen, and entertainment teams to curate unique experiences that align with the brand identity.
Ensure compliance with Dubai\u2019s nightlife regulations, licensing laws, and health & safety protocols.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to drive innovation and stay ahead in Dubai\u2019s fast-paced nightlife scene.
Previous experience as a General Manager in nightlife, fine dining, or high-end hospitality venues is mandatory.
Strong financial acumen, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Dubai\u2019s nightlife & hospitality industry.
A network of industry contacts in Dubai\u2019s nightlife, entertainment, and hospitality sectors is highly preferred.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or French are a plus.
