We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Officer- Customer Service (Emiratized Role) to join our team in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. As a vital member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for sales, and providing exceptional support to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. <\/p>\n

  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests <\/li>\n
  3. Respond to customer queries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat <\/li>\n
  4. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex problems when necessary <\/li>\n
  5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM systems <\/li>\n
  6. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions <\/li>\n
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service quality <\/li>\n
  8. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers <\/li>\n

    1. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English <\/li>\n

    4. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems <\/li>\n
    5. Previous experience in customer service or a related field (1-2 years preferred) <\/li>\n
    6. Bachelor’s degree preferred <\/li>\n
    7. In-depth knowledge of UAE culture and business practices <\/li>\n
    8. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations <\/li>\n
    9. Strong time management and organizational skills <\/li>\n
    10. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required <\/li>\n
    11. UAE national status (Emiratization requirement) <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
