We are looking for a Country Manager – KSA to lead our operations and drive our growth in the region. As the main representative of Pemo on the ground, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in KSA\u2014building our local team, expanding our customer base, and ensuring we establish ourselves as a market leader. <\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do <\/b> <\/p>\n
Launch & Scale KSA Operations \u2013 Set up Pemo\u2019s presence in KSA with full P&L ownership. <\/p>\n
Drive Revenue Growth \u2013 Develop and execute a sales strategy to build a strong pipeline and convert key accounts. <\/p>\n
Build & Lead a Team \u2013 Recruit and manage a high-performing sales and customer success team. <\/p>\n
Own Market Strategy \u2013 Make key business decisions to establish Pemo as a market leader. <\/p>\n
Engage with Regulators \u2013 Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements. <\/p>\n
Represent Pemo in KSA \u2013 Build partnerships and increase brand awareness. <\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For <\/b> <\/p>\n
5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, venture capital, or a high-growth startup. Sales leadership experience \u2014experience mentoring and leading sales teams. Strong commercial acumen \u2014proven ability to scale a business and drive revenue. Strategic & execution-focused \u2014able to plan and deliver results. Deep knowledge of the Saudi market \u2014basic familiarity with regulatory understanding. Fluent in Arabic & English \u2014excellent communication skills. <\/p>\n
