As a Consultant IVF, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of our in vitro fertilization (IVF) program, ensuring excellent patient outcomes and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.<br \/><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a<br \/><\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and oversee all aspects of the IVF program including patient consultations, evaluations, treatment planning, and procedures <\/li>\n<li>Provide expert medical care and treatment to patients undergoing IVF treatment, including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other related procedures <\/li>\n<li>Advise and consult with patients on the best treatment options based on their individual needs and medical history <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients <\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and collaborate with external partners to expand and enhance the IVF program <\/li>\n<li>Stay current on advancements and developments in IVF technology and procedures, and implement best practices to improve patient outcomes <\/li>\n<li>Train and mentor junior staff members in IVF techniques and procedures <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and ensure proper documentation of patient information and procedures <\/li>\n<li>Engage in quality improvement activities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the IVF program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical degree and valid license to practice in Saudi Arabia <\/li>\n<li>Completion of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a sub-specialty in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility <\/li>\n<li>Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant IVF <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of success in managing and overseeing an IVF program <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding and knowledge of IVF techniques, procedures, and equipment <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English, both written and spoken <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide quality patient care <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with local and international guidelines and regulations related to IVF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team.
