<\/li>\n<li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to enhance business performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Experience: Previous experience in business analysis or a related role. <\/li>\n<li>Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, as well as knowledge of relevant software and systems. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Certifications: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) will be an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Experience: Experience in working with FICO project implementation. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in FICO Blaze Advisor (Decision Engine Tool). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Seniority level
