engaging with key partners and industry experts to achieve the objectives of the unit. <\/p>\n<p>To support the creation of content for programs and activities of ZSP, and act as a liaison with the Marketing and Communications teams, internal and external stakeholders and third-party service providers to ensure all objectives are achieved on time. <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain stakeholder relationships and suggest ways and guidelines to promote and enhance stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners to keep abreast of news, initiatives, and activities. <\/li>\n<li>Inform the line manager of issues and\/or risks to stakeholder relationships as soon as they arise so risks can be managed effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain a network of relevant contacts to support daily activities and long-term objectives of ZSP. <\/li>\n<li>Support with the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally. <\/li>\n<li>Support the roll out of the Prize\u2019s Ambassador Program and suggest ways to drive further engagement of the Ambassadors involved. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with and monitor relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure adequate knowledge transfer and completion of services as per agreed parameters. <\/li>\n<li>Support in the day-to-day operations of the Zayed Sustainability Prize program, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all activities related to the Prize cycle. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and support the identification of new programs to enhance its existing activities. <\/li>\n<li>Support the enhancement and delivery of ZSP\u2019s youth-related activities and programs. <\/li>\n<li>Support the delivery of program content for ZSP\u2019s thought leadership platforms, as needed ensuring that all targets and objectives are met in line with standards. <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities that create further awareness of ZSP and position the Prize as a thought leader globally. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate any third parties that are engaged to deliver programs for ZSP to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget with limited risk. <\/li>\n<li>Apply consistent approaches\/disciplines and standardized forms in line with relevant policies, processes, and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare relevant reports and updates as required and to the desired standard. <\/li>\n<li>Provide management information as and when required by the line manager \u2013 this includes the production and timely provision of accurate reports in line with reporting schedules. <\/li>\n<li>Adhere to any applicable Masdar information security policies and procedures and identify and report security incidents and suspected weaknesses to the appropriate point(s) of contact. <\/li>\n<li>Protect assets under care (e.g. laptops and other devices) and information\/credentials against unauthorized access, sharing, and\/or damage\/loss, in accordance with the Information Classification and Acceptable Usage Policies. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-4 years of experience in a similar role involving stakeholder management and program coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Must have a good command of English. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job-Specific Skills: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence decision-makers to implement internal enhancement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in
