They are looking to recruit an Account\/Project Manager who is mid \u2013 senior level. You must have previous automotive experience, be a creative thinker and able to develop concepts for clients. You will be responsible for the professional leadership of a project team whilst supporting and assisting the Group Head in matters relating to the project management and client support.
\u2022 Professional leadership of the project team and crew
\u2022 To collaborate on the development and communication of goals and strategies
\u2022 Organisation and supervision of workflows within the group
\u2022 Targeted knowledge dissemination
\u2022 Acting as role model
\u2022 Induction and integration of new employees
\u2022 Promotion of employee identification
\u2022 Promotion and support of team collaboration
\u2022 Mediation and active support in the resolution of conflicts within the group
\u2022 Staff motivation
\u2022 General personnel support
Project management
\u2022 Creation of concepts, new stimuli and ideas along with assessment of their content in the context of client
requirements
\u2022 If necessary, management of project finances, in particular, advance payments and real-time invoicing to the
client and suppliers
\u2022 Administration of client budgets in close cooperation with the client
\u2022 Pre & post event logistical planning including onsite implementation
\u2022 Regular reporting to the Group Head on the project status and logistical and supplier progress
\u2022 Development of schedules of installation, transportation and dismantling of venue equipment and transportation
\u2022 Creation and\/or verification of project plans \/ project costings
\u2022 Organisation and\/or implementation of client presentations <\/p>\n
Client management
\u2022 The implementation of all necessary accommodation, travel plans including; local travel, flights and all required
visas as the project requires
\u2022 The organisation and attendance of all meetings relating to logistical solutions
\u2022 Guest handling and its workforce
\u2022 Proactive project support
\u2022 Communication of information to team members
\u2022 Research of client details\/requirements
Client support
\u2022 Provision of support to existing client base
\u2022 First point of contact for clients in operational sector
\u2022 Responsibility for client database
DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
\u2022 Drawing-up of cost proposals in coordination with the Group Head
\u2022 Good use of professional judgement in the context of regular project management
\u2022 Management of client budgets
\u2022 Creation of concepts and their presentation to the client, in coordination with the Group Head
SKILLS & ABILITIES
\u2022 University degree or similar qualification (specialist college, BAW, etc.)
\u2022 At least two years\u2019 professional experience in a similar role
\u2022 Conceptual skills
\u2022 Experience of project management
\u2022 Confident delivery of presentations
