Key Responsibilities of Head Nurse (with DHA License) <\/h3>\n

  1. Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. <\/li>\n
  2. Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures in line with healthcare regulations. <\/li>\n
  3. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and safety. <\/li>\n
  4. Monitor and manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. <\/li>\n

    1. 5 years of experience in the Nursing department in UAE. <\/li>\n
    2. 2 years of head nurse experience in Dubai. <\/li>\n
    3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. <\/li>\n
    4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. <\/li>\n
    5. Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions that impact the company’s bottom line. <\/li>\n
    6. Expert management, administration, and planning skills to manage and evaluate nursing staff. <\/li>\n
    7. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. <\/li>\n
    8. Proficiency in multitasking and handling stressful situations. <\/li>\n
    9. Talent for negotiation and collaboration. <\/li>\n
    10. Good supervisory and delegation skills to lead and direct nursing staff. <\/li>\n
    11. A wide degree of creativity and latitude. <\/li>\n
    12. Ability to assist the nurses and manage the team properly by motivating the employees to work. <\/li>\n
