Projects Manager \u2013 Fit-out <\/b> <\/p>\n

Our client is among the most highly respected conglomerates in the Middle East, managing well-established multinational brands across several industries including automotive, real estate, logistics, building industries, and interiors\/fit-out. They are looking for a Projects Manager to join their fit-out team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for: <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Full responsibility for the assigned projects. <\/li>\n
  2. Delivering the assigned projects within the agreed budget and time schedule, ensuring full satisfaction. <\/li>\n
  3. Full collection of all receivables. <\/li>\n
  4. Reading and understanding all aspects of the contract, identifying and informing about risks and opportunities. <\/li>\n
  5. Reviewing project plans, scope of works, specifications, and schedules; identifying possible project cost savings and variations. <\/li>\n
  6. Preparing project time schedules and resource plans. <\/li>\n
  7. Identifying potential risks impacting the project schedule and taking necessary action. <\/li>\n
  8. Assisting in the preparation of project budgets and general conditions to budget. <\/li>\n
  9. Assisting in mobilization and assembly of the job site office and equipment requirements. <\/li>\n
  10. Communicating effectively with the main contractor and design team, as well as interfacing with other trades. <\/li>\n
  11. Expediting all shop drawings, high-quality material procurement plan data sheets, and mock-ups. <\/li>\n
  12. Monitoring and maintaining the proper construction schedule on a weekly basis. <\/li>\n
  13. Raising and discussing relevant issues at job site meetings. <\/li>\n
  14. Identifying all variations to the scope of work and maintaining a current variation order log. <\/li>\n
  15. Monitoring site safety and ensuring that the main contractor\u2019s project requirements for HSE are enforced. <\/li>\n
  16. Ensuring completion and tracking all independent tasks. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Qualifications \/ Experience \/ Competencies <\/b> <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. <\/li>\n
    • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management. <\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD. <\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills and project correspondence. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
