This role involves leading end-to-end IT project delivery including system implementations, migrations, integrations, and upgrades\u2014from initiation to closure. It demands hands-on experience managing full-cycle Oracle HFM implementations including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. While not hands-on in configuration, the Project Manager is responsible for aligning business needs with system capabilities and driving execution across teams. <\/p>\n
Lead the full lifecycle of HFM projects from planning to go-live <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Act as the main liaison between Finance, IT, and vendors <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Ensure alignment with business goals and IT governance <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Drive project planning, budgeting, risk management <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Conduct feasibility assessments and develop project charters <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Develop project plans and allocate resources effectively <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Manage communication, stakeholder engagement, and steering committees <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Monitor progress, address risks, and ensure adherence to scope and timelines <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Provide leadership to project teams and resolve conflicts as needed <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Bachelor\u2019s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred) <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Proven experience in managing full-cycle Oracle HFM projects <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Solid knowledge of HFM architecture, metadata, consolidation, and reporting <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Experience with Oracle EPM tools (FDMEE, Smart View) is a plus <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
10+ years in enterprise IT project management <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
PMP or equivalent certification preferred <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, JIRA) <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Adaptable and resilient <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills <\/p>\n<\/li>\n
