Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE and Iraq tax laws, including Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and VAT. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance trackers, review programs, and manage tax audits, assessments, and monthly payments. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal teams for tax planning and compliance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tax Advisory &#038; Transaction Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Advise on tax implications of business transactions and propose tax\u2011efficient solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Support corporate restructuring and provide tax input for bids. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Policy, Process &#038; Risk Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and update tax policies and processes; stay informed of legislative changes. <\/li>\n<li>Identify tax risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure robust internal controls. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tax Accounting &#038; Reporting <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure accurate accounting of current and deferred taxes in ERP systems. <\/li>\n<li>Review withholding tax positions monthly and coordinate group tax reporting with authorities and auditors. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Transfer Pricing &#038; Legal Entity Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain transfer pricing documentation and ensure annual updates. <\/li>\n<li>Assist with legal entity consolidation, acquisitions, and restructuring exercises. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>VAT Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review accounting records of VAT-registered entities and ensure timely filing of VAT returns. <\/li>\n<li>Respond to VAT authority queries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE VAT regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Accuracy, Documentation &#038; Confidentiality <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and rectify data anomalies; maintain organized, retrievable records. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &#038; Communication <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Report to Sr. Director of Accounting &#038; Reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Continuous Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications. <\/li>\n<li>Pursue professional accounting qualifications and recommend improvements to management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8\u201310 years of relevant taxation experience. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting or Finance. <\/li>\n<li>Professional certification: CA or ACCA. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of UAE ESR, VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in S4\/Hana (preferred) and Power BI (advantageous). <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills to interpret tax laws and regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication <\/li>\n<li>Concern for Safety, Health and Environment <\/li>\n<li>Job Knowledge <\/li>\n<li>Result &#038;
