Qualifications
<\/strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: <\/p>\n

    \n
  • 5+ years of “hands-on” experience with the Oracle HRMS with a combination of functional and technical experience. With at least 3 full implementations. <\/li>\n
  • Experience in an environment with an “in-house” Oracle HRMS is a plus with a proven experience in both an implementation and post production support role. <\/li>\n
  • Solid skills in all of the following modules are essential (Human Resources, Learning Management, iRecruitment, Self Service, Payroll, Time and Labor). <\/li>\n
  • Experience with Oracle workflow, AME and fast formula. <\/li>\n
  • HRMS personalization, Core and SS. <\/li>\n
  • Experience in working in a global HRMS environment with multi business groups, multi operating units, organizations, currencies, etc. <\/li>\n
  • Excellent understanding of HRMS related Database tables and API’s. <\/li>\n
  • Good technical knowledge in SQL, PL\/SQL. <\/li>\n
  • Experience creating reports in Discoverer or any other reporting tool. <\/li>\n
  • Excellent understanding of Payroll accounting. <\/li>\n
  • Knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements of UAE. <\/li>\n
  • Exceptional ability to diagnose and solve system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. <\/li>\n
  • Adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limited resources. <\/li>\n
  • Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business and technical resources. <\/li>\n
  • Self-starter and strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome issues, and effectively communicate project timelines for deliverable and resources. <\/li>\n
  • Strong documentation skills including AIM\/ABF methodologies. <\/li>\n
  • Assertive with strong communication and organizational skills. <\/li>\n
  • Ability to interact effectively with other areas of management. <\/li>\n
  • System administration ( responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Users and HRMS security profile).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Experience in the public sector is a plus. <\/li>\n
      • Working knowledge of Oracle GL, Oracle AP and Oracle Projects. <\/li>\n
      • Exposure and understanding of Oracle Applications Framework. <\/li>\n
      • Good understanding of Oracle HRMS security model. <\/li>\n
      • Exposure to HRMS DBI is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
