In this role, you will assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aimed at enhancing <strong>hospitality employees&#8217; <\/strong> skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Your contributions will be pivotal in ensuring that our training initiatives align with organizational goals and foster ongoing employee development. <\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conduct Training Needs Assessments: <\/strong> Identify training and development needs across the organization through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultations with managers. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Program Design and Development: <\/strong> Assist in creating engaging and effective training programs and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Facilitate Training Sessions: <\/strong> Deliver training sessions using various instructional techniques to enhance employee skills and knowledge. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Evaluate Training Effectiveness: <\/strong> Assess the impact of training programs through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and follow-up evaluations. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate Training Logistics: <\/strong> Manage the scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication for training sessions to ensure smooth execution. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Administer Learning Management System (LMS): <\/strong> Oversee the LMS to track training activities, maintain records, and ensure accessibility of training materials. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Support Employee Development Initiatives: <\/strong> Assist in implementing mentorship, coaching, and career development programs to support employee growth. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Ensure Compliance Training: <\/strong> Coordinate and monitor mandatory compliance training to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentation and Reporting: <\/strong> Maintain accurate records of training activities and prepare regular reports on training outcomes and metrics. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Promote a Learning Culture: <\/strong> Encourage continuous learning and development across the organization by advocating for training opportunities and resources. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>With at least 5 years of experience in training and development <strong>in the hospitality industry. <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills and attention to detail. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you&#8217;re passionate about fostering employee development and eager to contribute to a dynamic learning environment, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.
