As a trusted partner to some of the region\u2019s most ambitious projects, we value innovation, operational excellence, and our people. <\/p>\n<p><b>About Your Team <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Company Engineering Manager, you\u2019ll lead BIM teams and work closely with digital construction experts, modelers, subcontractors, and project delivery teams. <\/p>\n<p><b>Our Role <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undertake any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as required by your manager, commensurate with the role and aligned with the needs of the business. <\/li>\n<li>Deploy BIM technology on large projects, integrating 4-D schedules and 5-D cost data to enhance planning and profitability. <\/li>\n<li>Develop project-specific BIM execution plans, QA\/QC protocols and model libraries. <\/li>\n<li>Plan project setup with the Lead BIM Coordinator, aligning milestones, budgets and resource allocations. <\/li>\n<li>Direct and mentor BIM teams: assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, resolve performance issues and provide evaluation input. <\/li>\n<li>Chair weekly model-coordination meetings; drive clash detection, RFI resolution and model sign-offs. <\/li>\n<li>Support pre-construction by producing model-based quantity take-offs, sequencing studies and shop-drawing packages. <\/li>\n<li>Engage clients and subcontractors to close design issues, clarify scope changes and identify add-on service opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Track progress against schedule and budget; implement corrective actions and escalate critical risks to Senior Management. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee model backups, documentation, submittals and final BIM close-out deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Advise the Senior BIM Manager on new software\/tools to optimise workflows and raise project profitability. <\/li>\n<li>Promote company values, recognise high performance and foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What We\u2019re Looking For <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in MEP commissioning and testing processes. <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership of multi-office or multi-discipline BIM teams. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced BIM principles, workflows, and collaborative platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cost-loaded 5-D platforms and BI dashboards. <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership of multi-office or multi-discipline BIM teams. <\/li>\n<li>Mentoring or training experience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of construction methods, systems and terminology. <\/li>\n<li>Expert user of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, TEKLA\/MicroStation; proficient in MS Excel, Word and Project. <\/li>\n<li>Strong judgement, problem-solving and prioritisation abilities; self-starter who meets tight deadlines. <\/li>\n<li>Clear written and verbal English communication;
