On an ongoing basis, the Sourcing Manager is responsible for holding supplier reviews and ensuring progress to year-over-year supplier improvement goals <\/li>\n<li>Drive annual productivity improvements in Marketing, Cards and Sponsorship spend category. <\/li>\n<li>Work within and external to Company, the Sourcing Manager will develop, champion, and ensure implementation of ideas that will optimize Company\u2019s total cost year-over-year for assigned spend categories <\/li>\n<li>Ensure strategies are implemented and reductions secured according to implementation plans.
