adhoc reports). <\/li>\n<li>Provide data to team leaders relating to their KPIs. <\/li>\n<li>Help call center management to develop budget for the call center. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily, monthly, yearly adhoc management reports. <\/li>\n<li>Make\/suggest decisions based on analysis of performance indicators (analytics). <\/li>\n<li>Development of various reports and applications (if required) to improve the efficiency of the call center. <\/li>\n<li>Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources. <\/li>\n<li>Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems. <\/li>\n<li>Developing and maintaining databases and data systems \u2013 reorganizing data in a readable format. <\/li>\n<li>Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data. <\/li>\n<li>Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems. <\/li>\n<li>Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for diagnosis and prediction. <\/li>\n<li>Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time. <\/li>\n<li>Preparing reports for management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. <\/li>\n<li>Working with management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports for business units. <\/li>\n<li>Maintaining data accuracy and integrity within BI systems. <\/li>\n<li>Provide support in managing real-time day-to-day operations of the call center. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Specialist Skills \/ Technical Knowledge Required for this role: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A strong knowledge of MIS analysis and reporting structures. <\/li>\n<li>DAX, M Coding, and SQL Language. <\/li>\n<li>Data Optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Power BI Skills and Power BI Data modeling. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills. <\/li>\n<li>Reporting and data visualization skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering high-quality output to tight deadlines. <\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. <\/li>\n<li>Keen attention to detail. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent Math and statistical knowledge. <\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role or in a related field. <\/li>\n<li>Familiar with the various call center reporting tools and data. <\/li>\n<li>Familiar with call center management software. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Job Info <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Identification 2750 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2025-11-11 12:58:07<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-48962","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
