Be ready to make your mark at a top company, in an exciting &#038; dynamic industry. <\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>The Sr. Officer is responsible for processing all the applications with regard to Investment product\u2019s Subscription, Redemption, Corporate Actions, and Security Transfers, ensuring the process is adhered to Bank compliance, Policies, and procedures. <\/p>\n<p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Minimize error rates. <\/li>\n<li>Increase process efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Improvement in TAT. <\/li>\n<li>Feedback from Stakeholders, by way of Client Satisfaction Index scores. <\/li>\n<li>Adherence to Bank\u2019s policies, processes, and procedures. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Job Context: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Core Responsibilities <\/u> <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Handling of the WM Investments Helpdesk. <\/li>\n<li>Receipt and processing of the Investment Subscription and Redemption documents for all investment products in Wealth Management system (alpha) and provider websites (SNG). <\/li>\n<li>Trade Processing, Trade Settlements, Input of Manual Trades, and other exceptions. <\/li>\n<li>Client Import in Alpha (SNG). <\/li>\n<li>Input of Investment Cash Account Opening\/Closure, Portfolio Creation\/Closure, and Account Maintenance activities. <\/li>\n<li>Mapping the RM to the concerned clients in Citrix (SNG). <\/li>\n<li>Call back validation for deals (SNG). <\/li>\n<li>Price Feed upload in Alpha (SNG). <\/li>\n<li>IPO\/New Issuance processing. <\/li>\n<li>Funds transfer to Providers for Other Products &#038;
