Savills are expanding the residential team and looking to hire senior Brokers interested in elevating their careers.   • Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management <\/li>\n
  • Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM <\/li>\n
  • Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling\/leasing property including preparation and execution of sales agreements and advertising materials <\/li>\n
  • Keep up to date with market trends and best practices <\/li>\n
  • Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws <\/li>\n
  • Abide by RERA standards <\/li>\n
  • Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments <\/li>\n
  • Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard <\/li>\n
  • Maintain a high professional profile at all times <\/li>\n
  • Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike <\/li>\n
  • Present to potential clients and conduct viewings <\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients <\/li>\n
  • Identify creative and innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business <\/li>\n
  • Fully understand relevant legislation and procedures in the local market with respect to the purchase, sale or lease of a property <\/li>\n
  • Actively maintain the company\u2019s databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates and details of viewings arranged <\/li>\n
  • Understand the local process and administration of completing the sale or lease of a property (e.g., drafting of sale agreement addendums, MOU, POA) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills, Knowledge And Experience <\/h3>\n

    • A minimum 2 years sales experience within the Dubai market is essential <\/li>\n
    • RERA license <\/li>\n
    • Must hold a UAE driver\u2019s license with own car <\/li>\n
    • Strong negotiation and selling skills <\/li>\n
    • Proven record of achieving sales targets <\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken <\/li>\n
    • Team player <\/li>\n
    • Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients <\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
