{"id":49098,"date":"2025-11-15T12:39:41","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:39:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/operator-hot-end\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:39:42","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:39:42","slug":"operator-hot-end","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/operator-hot-end\/","title":{"rendered":"Operator-Hot End"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2405381<\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor, maintain, and control Furnace process parameters from batch hopper, batch charger, doghouse, melter, refiner, and up to canal. <\/li>\n<li>Accomplish Furnace Inspection Check sheet and promptly report details in case of deviation. <\/li>\n<li>Inspect regenerators, Furnace sidewalls &#038; bottom, combustion blowers, melting of batch piles, batch chargers, Furnace control system, reversals, refractory gates position and its condition, burner firing and flame condition, gas leakages, glass level. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct visual inspection and check sheet recording in and around the Float Bath and Lehr. <\/li>\n<li>Perform and attend to required adjustments as instructed by superior. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible in keeping set target parameters in bath, lehr and coating. <\/li>\n<li>Report feedback to superior on any deviation in process or installation safety. <\/li>\n<li>Measuring Annealing lehr temperatures manually to cross check online indicators. <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring glass surface quality and perform preventive and corrective measures to minimize appearance of defects. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain record of measured parameters and report same for analysis &#038; improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Organizing tools for special jobs and execution of Tin bath, Lehr and Coating maintenance and operational activities. <\/li>\n<li>Transfer, load and prepare slurry batch for Coating operations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Training and Experience Required for Job <\/h3>\n<h6><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/strong> <\/h6>\n<h6><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> <\/h6>\n<p>Minimum 3 years in any process industry preferably from Float Glass manufacturing. <\/p>\n<h6><strong>Language Skills: <\/strong> <\/h6>\n<p>Written and verbal communication in English. <\/p>\n<h6><strong>Working Conditions: <\/strong> <\/h6>\n<p>Work requires good technical and coordination skills as well as mechanically inclined ability.
