We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and support our on-premises servers, Azure cloud infrastructure, and Office 365 environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our IT systems, including backup, storage, and infrastructure-level troubleshooting.<\/p>\n

Server & Infrastructure Management:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers across on-prem and Azure environments.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-level issues including hardware, network, and system performance.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Deploy, configure, and manage Azure-based services and virtual machines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor cloud usage and implement cost optimization strategies.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure security and compliance of cloud resources.<\/p>\n
Backup & Storage:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage and monitor backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Develop and test disaster recovery plans.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Administer storage systems and ensure efficient data management.<\/p>\n
Office 365 Administration:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Microsoft 365.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor service health and resolve issues related to mail flow, collaboration tools, and user access.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Implement and maintain security policies, including MFA, DLP, and compliance configurations.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<\/p>\n
\u2022 6\u20138 years of experience in system administration with a strong focus on both on-prem and Azure environments.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Office 365 administration.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proficiency in Azure services and Microsoft 365 administration with relevant certification.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of backup technologies and disaster recovery planning.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.<\/p>\n
