We\u2019re at an inflection point in our growth, and we\u2019re looking for someone who can turn engagement into impact\u2014shaping a community that drives product adoption, brand love, and cultural relevance. <\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be part content strategist, part community architect, and part operator\u2014owning how we show up across online spaces, events, and stories. <\/p>\n<h3>As a Community Manager at Ziina you will: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and manage our online community across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp and future channels), driving active and proactive engagement <\/li>\n<li>Build systems and rituals that help users connect with each other and feel a deep sense of belonging\u2014transforming passive users into active participants <\/li>\n<li>Lead content ideation and execution that features our users at the center\u2014whether it\u2019s through Reels, community interviews, or social-first storytelling <\/li>\n<li>Launch community-driven activations that support product launches, educational content, and brand campaigns <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to integrate community insights into product feedback loops and user research <\/li>\n<li>Source and spotlight our most passionate community members\u2014building an advocate\/ambassador pipeline to fuel referrals, content, and UGC <\/li>\n<li>Support the marketing team with creative ideas, boots-on-the-ground coordination, and content production <\/li>\n<li>Define and own community KPIs\u2014tracking engagement, sentiment, retention, and the overall health of our member base <\/li>\n<li>Run light production workflows (e.g. scripting, filming, editing short-form content or managing freelance creators to support execution) <\/li>\n<li>Bring the brand to life through thoughtfully designed community moments\u2014both online and IRL (e.g. intimate meetups, workshops, activations) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>To succeed in this role you like have: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate high integrity and a strong team-first mentality <\/li>\n<li>Thrive in creating order and structure from ambiguity <\/li>\n<li>Enjoy breaking down complex problems and finding thoughtful solutions <\/li>\n<li>Balance a big-picture mindset with attention to detail <\/li>\n<li>Take initiative and move quickly with a bias toward action <\/li>\n<li>Show tenacity and a strong work ethic <\/li>\n<li>Challenge assumptions and approach problems with first-principles thinking <\/li>\n<li>Embrace a growth mindset and seek continuous improvement <\/li>\n<li>Are eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment <\/li>\n<li>Are based in, or open to relocating to, the UAE <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What would amaze us: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019ve built a community program that directly influenced product feedback, referrals, or business growth <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re fluent in Arabic and English <\/li>\n<li>You have experience managing and growing communities on platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re a confident on-camera and can co-create content <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ve organized in-person gatherings that feel thoughtful, on-brand, and creatively executed <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re comfortable running light production (e.g. scripting, shooting, editing) or managing freelancers <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About Ziina <\/h3>\n<p>Ziina\u2019s mission is to bring financial freedom to every person in the Middle East.
