You\u2019ll lead award-winning clients across fashion, automotive, and hospitality, with the freedom and support to do it your way. <\/p>\n<p><strong>You: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead from the front, but know when to step back and empower. <\/li>\n<li>Coach your team like you wish someone had coached you. <\/li>\n<li>Challenge the old way of doing PR, blending insight, emotion, and business acumen (whilst upholding the structure and process that any standout PR team needs). <\/li>\n<li>Turn research into results, and client needs into headlines. <\/li>\n<li>Have experience working in an agency, specifically in the GCC. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The work: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and grow a team of PR professionals \u2014 inspiring, guiding, and achieving results. <\/li>\n<li>Build and execute campaigns that resonate and make an impact. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as the strategic go-to for global clients, focusing on innovative thinking and tangible outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>Shape the agency\u2019s future by leading new business pitches, proposals, and partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Manage budgets responsibly. <\/li>\n<li>Rally media, influencers, and stakeholders to champion our clients. <\/li>\n<li>Build client relationships based on trust, not templates. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll need: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of agency experience, including at least 1 year as a PR Director. <\/li>\n<li>Based in Dubai. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills: English required; Arabic is a bonus. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The benefits of being part of SG: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WFH Fridays \u2014 Great work doesn\u2019t only happen in the office. <\/li>\n<li>Work from anywhere \u2014 Up to 2 weeks a year working remotely, wherever inspires you most. <\/li>\n<li>Wellness Days \u2014 Up to 4 days a year just for you.
