This is a hands\u2011on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast\u2011paced, high\u2011growth environment and is passionate about building strong, scalable recruitment functions across both onshore and offshore markets. <\/p>\n<p>The role reports directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, with a dotted line into the Regional Head of HR (Dubai), and involves ownership of end\u2011to\u2011end recruitment across multiple geographies while leading and mentoring a regional TA team.
