The candidate will be responsible for controlling the flow of materials received from clients and company suppliers, ensuring delivery to the construction team according to company policies and procedures. <\/p>\n

Key responsibilities include: <\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, then delivering them to relevant personnel on the project as per the project schedule, in coordination with the Quality Control and Procurement Departments. <\/li>\n
  2. Maintaining a minimum stock of regular materials and ensuring a consistent supply to construction activities. <\/li>\n
  3. Managing inventory levels to minimize storage costs, including annual stock taking and handling excess or obsolete items. <\/li>\n
  4. Material accounting for projects and assets, along with preservation and storing practices. <\/li>\n
  5. Updating manufacturing material part numbers periodically in the stock ledger. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Skills required: <\/p>\n

      \n
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite <\/li>\n
    • Strong documentation skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Candidates with exposure to EPC Oil & Gas companies in the Middle East will be preferred. Immediate availability to join is highly desirable. <\/p>\n
