We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Permit Licensing Officer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and obtaining necessary government permits and approvals for events across the UAE. Your ability to coordinate with relevant authorities, ensure full compliance with local regulations, and support seamless event execution will be vital to our clients’ success. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for customer service, regulatory affairs, and event operations. <\/p>\n
Oversee the processing of all types of event and Entertainment licensing, e ticketing applications, including private events with the government authority (DTCM , DED and Dubai Police) and apply for permits in DTCM and Dubai Police system.
Proactively liaise and Coordinate with the Venues Planners and Exhibition Managers to facilitate the requirements in securing ePermits and other DTCM and Dubai Police protocols for holding an event.
Be up to date with regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws \/ rules \/ regulations, changes in online system and other procedures.
Liaise with DET in securing e Permit, e ticketing, Entertainment permit and other related approvals permit requirements to hold an event and monitor the renewal of permits and License. <\/p>\n
High school degree\/ Bachelor Degree.
