We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager \u2013 Wet Wipes Manufacturing to lead operations at a state-of-the-art production facility in Dubai. This leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all aspects of manufacturing, ensuring high efficiency, product quality, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in FMCG manufacturing, particularly within hygiene products, and a strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams. <\/p>\n
Oversee full plant operations including production, quality, logistics & procurement.
Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and cost control across departments.
Align production with sales goals and expand distribution locally & globally.
Represent the company at global trade shows and build strong B2B relationships.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and continuous improvement standards.
Support product innovation and market launches. <\/p>\n
5\u20137+ years in factory or plant management (FMCG\/hygiene\/wet wipes preferred).
Exposure to international markets, exports, and private label products.
Strong leadership, crisis management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, French, or Spanish. <\/p>\n
