  • Lead and support transformation initiatives across Wealth Operations (investments, client onboarding, account servicing, etc.). <\/li>\n
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitization. <\/li>\n
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of operational projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met. <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Technology, Product, Front Office) to define requirements and implement solutions. <\/li>\n
  • Support regulatory change projects (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MiFID, AML\/KYC updates). <\/li>\n
  • Prepare project documentation including business cases, impact assessments, and project plans. <\/li>\n
  • Track KPIs and ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes. <\/li>\n
  • Ensure risk, control, and compliance frameworks are adhered to across operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. <\/li>\n
    • 5+ years\u2019 experience in Wealth Management Operations or Project\/Change Management. <\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n
    • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects. <\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. <\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies is a plus. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n
