These include high-profile gatherings such as the <em>What\u2019s On Nightlife Awards, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, Campaign Conferences, <\/em> and more. <\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience managing events from concept to delivery, with a strong focus on guest experience, sponsor coordination, and seamless execution. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, manage, and execute a diverse calendar of events, from gala awards to conferences and experiential activations. <\/li>\n<li>Lead end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, budgeting, production, registration, and on-site management. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders including editorial, marketing, sales, and design teams. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, partners, and agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee guest list coordination, seating plans, and RSVPs for high-profile events. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all events align with brand objectives and deliver exceptional experiences. <\/li>\n<li>Manage post-event reporting, feedback collection, and ROI analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain timelines and project plans to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met. <\/li>\n<li>Event operations experience is a must for this role as you will be on site building each event. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <strong>3\u20135 years of event management experience <\/strong> in the UAE, ideally within media, publishing, or lifestyle sectors. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing premium B2B and B2C events. <\/li>\n<li>Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Dubai venues, suppliers, and event regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
