{"id":49292,"date":"2025-11-15T12:41:01","date_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:41:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/officer-enterprise-process-quality-management-sharjah\/"},"modified":"2025-11-15T12:41:02","modified_gmt":"2025-11-15T08:41:02","slug":"officer-enterprise-process-quality-management-sharjah","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/officer-enterprise-process-quality-management-sharjah\/","title":{"rendered":"Officer \u2013 Enterprise Process Quality Management, Sharjah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_2424051<\/p>\n<h3>Careers for a Changing World of Islamic Banking. <\/h3>\n<h3>Officer \u2013 Enterprise Process Quality Management <\/h3>\n<p> Posted On 30 Oct, 2024 <\/p>\n<p> Type: Permanent <\/p>\n<p> Job Category: EOE &#8211; Enterprise Process Quality Management <\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and adherence to industry best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Write clear, concise SOPs covering the end-to-end processes spanning across departments and touchpoints which are in line with the organizational process heat maps. <\/li>\n<li>Document processes, guidelines, and instructions to guide SIB staff in performing their tasks accurately and efficiently. <\/li>\n<li>Support the Staff by providing clarity, consistency, and adherence to established procedures through the documented SOPs, fostering a culture of compliance and efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of SOPs, process maps, and related quality documentation, including version control. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop new SOPs and update existing SOPs to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments to gather information and understand existing processes. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure SOPs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Write clear, detailed SOPs covering the end-to-end processes spanning across departments and touchpoints which are in line with the organizational processes. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain an organized and up-to-date repository of SOPs and related quality documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper version control, document-naming conventions, and access controls are in place. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure ease of access and availability of SOPs for relevant Users. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all SOPs. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct thorough research to understand local regulatory frameworks, banking operations, effective risk controls and mitigation, compliance requirements, and industry best practices; for inclusion in the SOPs wherever relevant and required. <\/li>\n<li>Follow the established quality assurance process to review and validate SOPs for accuracy, completeness, standardization, and clarity.
