These include the <em>What\u2019s On Nightlife Awards, Gulf Business Awards, Emirates Women Awards, Identity Design Awards, Campaign ME Conferences, <\/em> and more. <\/p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone with a strong event sponsorship background, a passion for events, and a proven track record of securing sponsorships that drive both revenue and brand impact. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the sales strategy and execution for event sponsorships across multiple industry-leading platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, pitch to, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners for our events portfolio. <\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure delivery of sponsorship benefits. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Events, Editorial, and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals and packages. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and deliverables to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with event executive to deliver the sponsorship agreement. <\/li>\n<li>Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report performance to management. <\/li>\n<li>Represent Motivate at relevant industry networking events and client meetings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <strong>3\u20135 years of event sponsorship <\/strong>, preferably within media, events, or marketing sectors in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>A strong network of brand and agency contacts in the region. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. <\/li>\n<li>Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of integrated media and brand activation. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and contribute to a fast-paced team. <\/li>\n<li>UAE driving license required. <\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required for events. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Motivate Media Group is the region\u2019s leading multi-platform content producer with a diverse portfolio of media interests comprising magazines, digital, social, video, exhibitions &#038;
