Solutions may include satellite capacity, satellite capacity with managed services, or managed services alone. <\/li>\n<li>Support the Sales team in project design by assessing available satellite capacity, equipment, technology, and infrastructure to ensure alignment with technical requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Sales to analyze RFP requirements and collaborate internally to develop compelling technical proposals. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with customers to validate and refine proposed solutions and ensure alignment with their expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and evaluate potential partnerships to address market demands effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Drive opportunity prioritization within the region. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate customer availability and technical support team resources to efficiently drive work orders. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the readiness of the space segment and ground equipment before service activation. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor project progress to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. <\/li>\n<li><b>Customer Communication: <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Keep the customer informed with regular updates. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the customer stays on track to meet their goals. <\/li>\n<li>Understand the customer\u2019s plans to position ABS for future opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Primary technical point of contact for escalating ongoing operational issues that require customer action. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in satellite communications, including technologies, topologies, and applications. <\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in Link Budget Analysis, with a comprehensive understanding of its core principles, is essential for this position. <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of ground equipment functionality, implementation, and operation \u2013 hands-on experience is an added advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the EMEA regional market, including customer needs, competitors, vendors, available solutions, and market pricing. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in VSAT platforms and modem technologies, including data and video services such as iDirect, Newtec, Comtech &#038;
