\u2022 Support Soft services Supervisor and ensure BICSc standards are understood and delivered on all contracts, with documented training and action plans in place.
\u2022 Take Supervisor handover and pass it on to the ground team and the small units.
\u2022 Support Supervisor to follow up on the need for operatives and housekeepers training for work method statements, work instructions, quality systems on ground.
\u2022 Ensure refresher training plans and On-the-Job site training plans and calendar are in place and report the outcomes and needs to Supervisor.
\u2022 Provide nominations for excellent performance by rewarding and recognizing high performers and those who demonstrate company values on ground.
\u2022 Coordinate with Supervisor and monitor the delivery of cleaning services with the small units on ground.
\u2022 Work with Supervisor on forecasting of supplier budgets and costing to enhance budgetary efficiencies.
\u2022 Coordinate with Supervisor and ensure standardized documents are in place and used uniformly.
\u2022 Work alongside ground staff for daily inspections and liaise with Soft Supervisor to inspect service delivery, materials, consumptions, training requirements, and suggest ideas on improving these areas.
\u2022 Support Supervisor to close out and action SSPCR inspections non-conformances on ground.
\u2022 Monitor timely attendance and report discrepancies.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal use for the site.
\u2022 Ensure all operatives are BICSc trained, reporting non-conformance to Supervisor to schedule training for standard competency requirements immediately.
\u2022 Ensure ground staff are aware of best sustainable practices for the efficient use of disposable personal protective equipment and cleaning consumables that impact the environment and enhance waste handling practices.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure ground delivery follows safe work and cleaning activity best practices.
\u2022 Support Health, Safety, and Environment standards and best practices.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ensure all Soft documents used are company-controlled and approved.
\u2022 Ensure auditable checklists are updated timely.<\/p>\n
\u2022 As Ambassadors, monitor grooming and hygiene standards of Soft FM operatives and their uniform branding guidelines and ensure this is followed.
\u2022 Ensure all members follow grooming and hygiene guidelines.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating effectively and ensuring timely resolution of any site issues to the line manager who then reports to the client.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Implement and oversee joint inspections, ensuring all work meets the highest industry standards.
\u2022 Comply with the use of organizational procedures and policies governing Operational Services functions. <\/p>\nExperience, Knowledge and Skills: <\/h3>\n
\u2022 Able to read and write with minimum or basic command of English.
\u2022 Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role within a property\/facilities management company.
\u2022 PBICSc holder is an advantage.
\u2022 UAE Manual driving license (number 3 and 5) is preferable.
\u2022 Preferably with a previous proven record of versatility and hands-on experience in Soft FM Portfolios and ground; strong communication and interpersonal skills as the job will involve training with different nationalities. <\/p>\n
