managing the bank fixed-asset records which relate to the bank requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling full procurement process IT &#038; Non IT workflow, deliveries follow up &#038; payment settlement. <\/li>\n<li>Receiving purchase requests, identifying &#038; exploring request items. <\/li>\n<li>Arrange and invite vendors for summarization of quotations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure to receive the right quotation on time and as per standard procedure. <\/li>\n<li>ITD tendering process as per the bank SOP process. <\/li>\n<li>Commercial evaluation and comparison preparation. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the received items are as per the specification &#038; standards. <\/li>\n<li>Receiving all necessary documents from the vendor (Invoice &#038; Delivery note) after ensuring the goods are received as per the bank standards. <\/li>\n<li>FA Asset management process &#8211; Handling the FA Management process from END to END (procure, Tagging, Asset transfer, Monitor and Dispose) as per bank policy and procedure. <\/li>\n<li>During the monthly depreciation process (Adding assets, transfer, and dispose as per the FCD request with maker\/checker process). <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring all the FA movement in SIB premises. <\/li>\n<li>Issuing LPOs after getting all the necessary approvals (as per the approved expense policies &#038; delegations) and forwarding the same to the approved vendor. <\/li>\n<li>Sending all the necessary payment documents to FCD &#038; follow up the vendors&#8217; payment settlement. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on handling the Administration management system. <\/li>\n<li>Reconciliation of SIB FA physical verification and reconciliation with SIB inventory report as per the SIB policy and procedure. <\/li>\n<li>Supporting ITD department for all the admin projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Time Management <\/li>\n<li>Problem solving <\/li>\n<li>Computing Software in general <\/li>\n<li>Documentation control <\/li>\n<li>Creative &#038;
