Reports to: Head of Commercial
Job Purpose:
Act as the liaison between our Sales teams and clients. To assist the sales team in contacting and developing relationships with potential and existing customers.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do
\u2022 Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
\u2022 Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
\u2022 Present our company to potential clients
\u2022 Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products\/services
\u2022 Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
\u2022 Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
\u2022 Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
\u2022 Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Managers
\u2022 Report to the Sales Manager on (weekly\/monthly\/quarterly) sales results
\u2022 Stay up to date with new products\/services and new pricing\/payment plans
\u2022 Any adhoc job requirement as delegated by the Line Manager<\/p>\n
About You <\/strong> <\/p>\n Education and Certification <\/strong> <\/p>\n BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field <\/p>\n Knowledge and Skills <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u2022 Experience with CRM software (e.g., SalesForce, Hubspot) <\/p>\n \u2022 Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) <\/p>\n \u2022 Understanding of sales performance metrics <\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent communication and negotiation skills <\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to deliver engaging presentations <\/p>\n \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u2022 At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role <\/p>\n \u2022 Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) <\/p>\n Track record of achieving sales quotas <\/p>\n We aim to be one of the most innovative and trusted supply chain partners.
