EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years of working experience with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. <\/li>\n<li>Oil &#038; Gas recruitment experience is required. <\/li>\n<li>Ideally experienced in sectors such as Engineering O&#038;G Construction Aerospace &#038; Defense. <\/li>\n<li>Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and managing customer expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Experience hiring BIM resources is an added advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>A flexible motivated team player with a client-minded goal-oriented and problem-solving attitude. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. <\/li>\n<li>Solid experience using CRM software and MS Office particularly MS Excel. <\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized. <\/li>\n<li>Must be immediately available to join. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>EDUCATION &#038;
