\u2022 Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of network incidents escalated from L1 engineers.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls across global locations.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support and troubleshoot WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, wireless networks, and MPLS circuits.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical network issues, documenting findings and solutions.<\/p>\n
Network Monitoring & Maintenance<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor network performance using tools such as PRTG to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.<\/p>\n
