Our client is a major player in the two-wheeler and automotive components industry, manufacturing motorcycles, scooters, and three-wheelers widely used across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. <\/p>\n

  1. Achieve monthly plans for retail, collection, and shipments. <\/li>\n
  2. Assess seasonal trends, stocking requirements, and recommend shipment plans. <\/li>\n
  3. Recommend organizational structure to distributors by assessing needs and identifying gaps. <\/li>\n
  4. Identify network gaps and recommend towns requiring network actions. <\/li>\n
  5. Establish and drive company sales processes and values. <\/li>\n
  6. Communicate timely updates to management regarding local regulations, distributor profitability, market dynamics (price, competition, economy), product inadequacies, and quality issues. <\/li>\n
  7. Plan sales promotion activities, market activation, and new product launches aligned with brand development strategies. <\/li>\n
  8. Conduct product and sales process training for distributor\/dealer sales teams. <\/li>\n
  9. Collaborate with distributors and stakeholders for strategic programs such as retail finance, exchange, institutional buyers, and banking partnerships. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Additional Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n

    • Analyze customer insights through non-consideration, leakage analysis, NPS, and provide feedback for action development. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Minimum Requirements: <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • At least 5 years of sales experience. <\/li>\n
      • Previous experience in the two-wheeler or automotive industry. <\/li>\n
      • Channel sales experience with a principal company is essential. <\/li>\n
      • Ability to work independently. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
