Property Sales\/Lettings Consultants deal with the purchase, sale and let of residential property. <\/p>\n

Common tasks involved and typical work activities tend to include: <\/p>\n

\u2022 Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Keeping up to date with the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Creating and attending property valuations. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Creating and attending property viewings. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Negotiation with prospective buyers\/tenants and sellers\/landlords from viewing through to offer stage. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Monitoring sales and lets as they proceed with the assistance of our Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Regular care calls to all clients following up after each viewing. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Generating new business via the companies database and through networking. <\/p>\n

Property Sales\/Lettings Consultants will also liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors and other real estate agencies during transactions. <\/p>\n

Qualifications <\/strong> <\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience within sales is advantageous but not essential <\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English <\/p>\n

\u2022 Presentable, professional and honest <\/p>\n

\u2022 Positive and hard working attitude <\/p>\n

\u2022 Fluency in a second language can be advantageous <\/p>\n

\u2022 Smart business dress is required at all times <\/p>\n

\u2022 Our team are expected to act professionally and adhere to high company standards <\/p>\n

\u2022 You should be punctual and contribute to the development of the company <\/p>\n

\u2022 An excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player <\/p>\n

\u2022 UK\/UAE driving license and own vehicle (we can arrange a hire car or company vehicle at your expense). <\/p>\n
