including mortgage advisory, financial planning, and bookkeeping, to clients through compelling sales presentations. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize service offerings that meet client needs. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of the firm\u2019s services and stay updated on industry trends, tax regulations, and financial products. <\/li>\n<li>Develop partnerships with financial institutions, real estate agencies, and other potential referral sources for mortgage and finance leads. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools. <\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with a target-driven approach. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office
