<strong>Post Listing Research and Account Manager <\/strong> to monitor and evaluate the performance and health of listed tokens, support post-listing operations, handle incident response, and <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to and support project teams during major incidents (e.g., hacks, CEX collapses). <\/li>\n<li>Identify root causes and evaluate incident impacts on Binance and projects. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to reduce risks. <\/li>\n<li>Assess performance and risk profiles of listed tokens. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze metrics such as on-chain activity and community sentiment. <\/li>\n<li>Report on project risks and propose mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Handle requests from listed projects (e.g., rebrands, swaps, upgrades). <\/li>\n<li>Write reports on research findings, risks, and incidents. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Operational Support <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support new token listings and gather key details for operational readiness. <\/li>\n<li>Manage post-listing activities like airdrops, cross-chain swaps, and migrations. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with cross-functional teams and project partners.
